I am a leader, a coach, and a motivator of people to deliver desired results. My expertise includes organizational strategic planning, building and promoting brands, and increasing revenue. I have managed cross functional teams to realize strategies and plans resulting in increased sales or membership, percentage growth of subscriber rates or adaptation of sustainability initiatives. I take pride in the current learnings and the relationships I have developed that support the people and challenges in multi-cultural and ethnically diverse communities.

In my most recent role leading marketing initiatives at Twin Cities Co-op Partners (TCCP), the parent company for wholesale food distribution and local retail food co-ops, I was on the executive leadership team and managed multi-channel marketing and communication initiatives including integrated content strategy, in-store experience, digital strategy, advertising, media relations and community partnerships. During a time of overcoming consumer shopping challenges during a pandemic, recognizing racial inequities and combating economic injustices in the community, I introduced innovative ways to garner broader reach and community engagement while supporting locally owned and ethnically diverse organizations that ultimately translated into daily sales transactions from a diverse co-op owner base.

I joined Be The Match® in 2016 leading brand strategy, creative design, public relations, and social media. Two years later, based on a new five-year strategic plan, I managed a new team dedicated to the growth of ethnically diverse donors through new strategies and partnerships. The team collaborated with searching patients, donors, and transplant recipients to create authentic content for marketing the mission of equal outcomes for all.

While serving as Director of Partnership Marketing at Meet Minneapolis, the destination marketing organization for the city of Minneapolis, I led the team responsible for generating revenue by aligning and marketing hundreds of businesses and partnerships to maximize the visitor experience of Minneapolis for the economic benefit of the community.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Director at SBC Communications, now AT&T, where I grew market share adaption of broadband and internet services with marketing campaigns and partnerships across the country. My career started in various genres of entertainment in video games, country music and initially with the Minnesota Timberwolves in corporate sponsorship which provided the solid base to grow my talent in sales and marketing.

I earned a bachelor’s degree at Miami University in Ohio, raised my family in Ohio and Minnesota and now call Florida my home while still returning to both states for new business opportunities. I enjoy traveling, golfing, biking and paddle boarding, and continue to practice yoga several times a week. My passion for all genres of music is never lacking whether I discover a new local talent or check out well-known artists that come to town.
