My Professional Mantra

My 25 plus years in building brands, growing partnerships, developing teams and achieving success is derived from my belief that in order to continue to grow and learn, a leader walks In someone else’s shoes, meets people where they are and empowers people to rely on and trust individual talents. The power to listen to uncover barriers and determine what success will be defined as for all involved is the basis for what can be possible in the future.

Marketing Strategy

At its textual best, key strategies for a reliable approach to build a platform and campaign rely on the tenured approach that includes research, segmentation, targeting, positioning, the 4 P's (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), implementation and control.

But in the world of marketing today with endless forms of digital communications, social platforms, individualized messaging and mixed media approaches, organizations must approach the question on how to creatively reach audiences in a cost effective and targeted manner with a desired outcome of market share and or revenue growth, audience awareness and brand recognition.

I have managed teams and agencies in brand, creative design, social media and public relations to target and reach various audiences across all platforms for unprecedented growth.

4-Ps

Leadership

The following philosophies, tools and models are part of the building blocks I have had the opportunity to work from to become the leader and coach I am today. While no one is ever perfect, I am the kind of leader that encourages people to be open and honest so that there is a space of vulnerability and trust for all to begin on equal ground, grow together and celebrate success along the way.

Traction

Traction

EOS provides clarity to lead teams with a 10-year target, 5-year picture and 1-year plan. With the support of an EOS facilitator, I have developed several teams incorporating the EOS model using Traction, by Gino Wickman, as part of my learning and executing beyond the quarterly workshops that support the Leadership team to build the plan.
